Diabetes Management Solutions offers an educational hand-up, not a hand-out. We provide free diabetes support to all who are referred. There are many areas of North Carolina where quality diabetes education and support do not exist. Managing diabetes is complicated. You Can Help!
A gift of $10.00 covers the cost of the comprehensive diabetes management book our participants receive in Class 1; A gift of $56.00 represents the full cost of educating one participant for a full class series and following them with support for one year; A gift of $90.00 represents the typical cost of taking the Diabetes Bus out to provide diabetes screening and education at a school, manufacturing plant or senior center; A gift of $1,000 represents the cost of opening a diabetes education program in a new location. Gifts of any amount are gratefully received.
Making a Donation
DMS is a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt organization (Tax ID: 56-2222625). In accordance with IRS rules, we will send your letter acknowledging the amount of your donations, and stating that your donation is tax deductible. For your convenience we offer multiple ways to make a donation:
Donate online by credit card
We accept donations online using our Secure Donation form. To donate online, click the "FUND THE DIABETES BUS" button. You will be taken to a secure donation page. To make a donation enter the amount you would like to give and then fill in your contact and credit card information.
