2nd Annual Day at the Farm  

Thanks for your interest in our “2nd Annual Bluegrass Jamboree and Diabetes Health Fair” - benefiting diabetes education in rural North Carolina. Over 150 people attended the event this year, in spite of the rainy weather. We all had an awesome time!

This family fun event featured local bluegrass bands, craft and food vendors, cloggers, a classic car show and a diabetes health fair. This annual event is the Diabetes Bus Initiative’s largest fundraising event and allows us to continue offering free diabetes education to rural North Carolina.

The event takes place on a beautiful 15 acre farm in Kittrell, NC, just a 35 mile drive from Capitol Blvd.

We look forward to seeing you at the farm next year for the 3rd annual Day at the Farm Bluegrass Jamboree!
