Diabetes Management Solutions (also known as DMS and The Diabetes Bus Initiative®) was incorporated in October 2000 and designated as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit in April 2001.
We have seven volunteer board members who have prioritized allocating funds for diabetes education activities. We are proud to report that last year, 84% of all expenses were spent on diabetes education programs to improve the health outcomes and quality of life of North Carolinians living with diabetes.
